New Broughton Village is a vibrant new community, which covers an impressive 180 acres of land on the eastern side of Salford.

A full range of community facilities and services including shops, leisure, employment, education and training will be created. The aim of the scheme is to demonstrate best practice in urban regeneration. The local community is at the heart of the planning and redevelopment of the area and Countryside Properties and Salford City Council have already undertaken an intensive consultation programme together with local residents and other stakeholders.
